WHEREAS, The Open Public Meetings Act requires notice of regularly scheduled meetings within several days following the Annual Organization Meeting of the Board which was held on January 06, 2025.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the regular meetings of the East Rutherford Board of Education will be held at the Board of Education Building located at 250 Grove Street, East Rutherford, NJ 07073.  Action may or may not be taken at these scheduled meetings: 

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the East Rutherford Board of Education in compliance with Chapter 231, Public Laws of 1975, authorizes the Board Secretary to post a copy of the above schedule of meetings at the East Rutherford Borough Hall and to advertise these meeting dates in the official newspapers of the East Rutherford Board of Education.
