• Question: What are the password Requirements?

    Answer: 

    • Not contain the user's account name or parts of the user's full name that exceed two consecutive characters
    • Be at least six characters in length
    • Contain characters from three of the following four categories:
    • English uppercase characters (A through Z)
    • English lowercase characters (a through z)
    • Base 10 digits (0 through 9)
    • Non-alphabetic characters (for example, !, $, #, %)

    Question: When I change my password on the computer what all is effected?

    Answer: When you change your password it will sync to the following places:

    • Computer Log in
    • Web Help Desk
    • Email 
    • Staff Portal

    It should also be noted that when using Google apps you can look at your account information and change your password there. This will only change your Google password for the rest of the day. When Google syncs account info it will be changed back to the district one. 

    Question: Are we switching to Gmail?

    Answer: Short answer is no. Staff members will still use Microsoft Exchange. However later down the road we hope to add student email accounts that can only send and receive email from other students or staff members. 

    Question: Will we get any training?

    Answer: Google has a large help database. They also have online sell study training. Please follow this link for more:
